SHIPPING

We ship our products via UPS.

Shipping charges and service options are displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are determined using UPS software that calculates the total weight of the items purchased with the distance from our headquarters in Petaluma, CA to the recipient. We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Ground service options.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays without special arrangement and additional cost. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us at 866-886-1356 for assistance.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box in the “ship to” field we will automatically ship your order using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Shipping Schedule
Holy Orders received Monday through Thursday ship within 24 - 48 hours.
Holy Orders received Friday through Sunday ship Monday, excluding holidays.

Tracking Packages
When your Holy Order is shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. You may track your package by visiting the UPS website www.ups.com and entering the tracking number into the space provided or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (be sure to have your tracking number available).

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to send Holy Orders to multiple addresses you will need to place separate orders for each address. Or if you prefer, you may call us at 866-886-1356 and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Christmas Shipping Schedule
Our vow is to do whatever it takes to ensure that all Holy Orders arrive at their destinations by Christmas. And thank heaven; we have never broken our vow!

Holiday Holy Orders generally ship within 72 hours, unless any items included in an order are on backorder. We will notify you immediately if we have any doubts about an order arriving in time for Christmas.

To better serve you during the Christmas season, we prioritize all shipments as follows:
• Next Day Air
• 2nd Day Air
• UPS Ground orders shipping outside of California (please refer to the UPS Time-In-Transit Map above)
• UPS Ground shipping within California (Please note that UPS Ground orders shipping within California take only 1-3 business days in transit)

If you need a UPS Ground order to ship immediately (perhaps you will be traveling or you will be sending some gifts on to others), please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Sales Tax
California state law requires that we charge applicable sales tax (7.75%) on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Orders shipping outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
