RED RASPBERRY SEEDLESS JAM In the autumn of 1954 the Abbey garden was blessed with an abundance of mint so the monks decided to make a batch of mint jelly and offered it to their neighbors. The townsfolk loved the jelly so the brothers began making other varieties of fruit and wine jellies, jams, preserves, marmalades and conserves, using no artificial preservatives, flavoring or coloring. Soon every gourmet market in New England was carrying Trappist Preserves. Now we are offering you our favorite, Red Raspberry Seedless Jam.
