The monks make several therapeutic bath and shower gels, so it was difficult for us to choose just one. We selected this very basic gel because it is so pure and natural. If monks take bubble baths, this must be the one they use. Used in the shower or bath, the gentle bubbles will cleanse, relax and soothe you. We also suggest that you allow yourself plenty of "tub or shower time." There’s something so calming about this bath and shower gel that it makes you want to let out a little water from the tub when the temperature cools and start the ritual all over again. You might even be tempted to stay in the shower until all the hot water runs out!
